About Me

Like so many others, I fell in love with horses as a kid and  never grew out of my  “horse crazy” phase. After highschool the world of natural horsemanship completely captivated my interest and I clinic’d and studied for years with Buck Brannaman and others who had been students of Ray Hunt and Tom Dorrance.

Their principles of feel, timing, and balance have been my foundation and are what ignited my passion for working with horses and their humans.

My experience in groundwork, horsemanship, and colt starting led me to a position at El Campeon Farms  where my focus turned towards Working Equitation and Dresage. There I’ve had exposure to some of the most talented trainers in the dressage and jumping world! My passion for riding and training is only rivaled by my passion for teaching. I love helping riders build their confidence, develop and refine their communication with their horses (on the ground and in the saddle), and keep having fun with their horses.
